Music Notes: Regular Rehearsals today after school

IF YOU DID NOT HAVE YOUR PHOTO TAKEN PREVIOUSLY, PLEASE ATTEND THE RE-TAKE DAY.

PHOTOS ARE REQUIRED TO ISSUE A STUDENT ID CARD

SEMI FORMAL TICKETS PURCHASED ON SCHOOL CASH ONLINE PRIOR TO OCTOBER 24, 2023 ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP IN THE MAIN OFFICE STARTING TODAY AT LUNCH TIME ONLY.

Yearbooks will be going on sale next week, and travelling groups of yearbook students will be explaining that process to classes over the next few days.

 For now, it is time to pick a cover.  The most popular options will be posted in the foyer at lunch today, complete with a QR code to vote on your favourite one.  Saunter down, take a look, and cast your ballot.  Votes will be tallied over the week-end.

Aaniin Boozhoo OSS, today is the Andaayang Youth Drum Program during the lunch hour in the Andaayang.   Come out and learn traditional teachings and drumming.   All are welcome !

Special guest, Brian Sarazin is here today sharing his traditional teachings.

Mino Ghizhep OSS, tomorrow, Thursday October 26th,  the Aboriginal Post-Secondary Information Program ( APSIP) will be at OSS from 1:00pm to 2:00pm in the OSS Cafeteria.

 The is a collective of over 20 colleges, universities and educational institutions.  This opportunity enhances awareness of education opportunities for Indigenous learners through empowering individuals to pursue post-secondary education.

 All Indigenous students are welcome to attend, please sign up in the guidance office.

 TICKETS WILL ONLY BE DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO HAVE PRE-PURCHASED THEIR STUDENT I.D. CARD

Attention all Cross Country Runners.   We will run today afterschool before the final GBSSA race  on Thursday.   Attention to all teachers, please excuse all Cross Country Runners from classes on Thursday for the our big finish!
