Arts Showcase!

This Thursday, OSS Arts is hosting our December Open house. Doors open at 6pm! Come out and enjoy artworks from the semester by our talented students. There will be holiday cards and ornaments for sale that are 2 dollars each or 3 for 5 dollars. See you there!

All swim team members are asked to meet in room 125 at the start of lunch for an important meeting.

Today is the last day to come down to Nighthawk Threads and shop the awesome selection of thrifted clothes! Customers can fill one of our reusable grocery bags for just $5. Remember all profits are donated to the Orillia Youth Centre so you are shopping for a good cause! Hope to see you there! 

 Dismissal time for the junior and senior girls volleyball teams on Tuesday will be 1:15 for their games at Maple Ridge.

Mino Ghizhep OSS, tomorrow the First Nations Technical Institute ( FNTI ) will be visiting in the Andaayang during second period and presenting information on their Indigenous College and University programs.  This is an excellent opportunity to learn about Indigenous post-secondary education.

 FNTI offers many great post-secondary programs, a few examples include: First People's Aviation Technology, Indigenous Midwifery and Practical Nursing.

 Interested students, please sign up in either the front office or in the Andaayang.

 HUGS is meeting today at lunch in room 309.  HUGS is a group dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ students and allies. All are welcome.  Looking forward to seeing you today at lunch in room 309.
