This is the last week to purchase tickets to the semi-formal!  Tickets are only available on school cash online.  Tickets will not be sold at the door.  Student ID or proof of purchase of student ID must be provided when picking up tickets.  Tickets will be available for pick up in the main office during lunch and after school from April 2-April 4 only.  Tickets cannot be picked up at the door.

 DO NOT DELAY…..BUY YOUR SEMI-FORMAL TICKET TODAY!!

Attention Grade 12 students planning to attend the Math Blue Jays Trip!

Time is running out!  To be eligible to attend you MUST have paid $60 on cash online AND HANDED IN A BLUE PERMISSION FORM by Wednesday May 1st.

 Forms are available in the main office and from Ms. Reynolds and can be submitted to the main office or Ms. Reynolds.

Mino Ghizheb OSS,  a reminder that on Thursday during the lunch hour is the Andaayang Drum program in room 222.  Come and learn traditional drum teachings and drumming.

 Attention to all those who indicated an interest in trying out for Baseball!!!

Our first tryout will be Thursday in the gym at 2:35 until 4:00. Bring your glove and your indoor shoes. If you have a wood bat, you can bring that too, if not don't worry about it. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Young, Mr. Burke or Mr. Elliott. 

 There will be a meeting Today a lunch in room 125 beside the weight room for those interested in playing on the Ultimate Frisbee team this year. The team is varsity and co-ed so all grades and genders are welcome to attend the meeting and tryout for the team. That's an ultimate frisbee meeting Today at the start of lunch in room 125. Sign up will also be on the gym office door and on the athletics board in the forum.

All students writing the DELF French exam this spring are encouraged to come to room 326 today at lunch for our weekly prep meeting. We will be discussing the exam overall and doing some extra fun practice! Again all DELF exam participants are invited to room 326 today at lunch.

Welcome to Day 2 of the sunshine city school music festival. 

Yesterday our Junior Band, Intermediate Jazz Band and Hawks Jazz performed amazingly!!!  Today we have our Saxophone Ensemble and Groovy Tuesday competing. Senior Concert Band members are reminded that our warmup & performance times are NOT our usual rehearsal times! Check google classroom if you are unsure!!!

Aaniin OSS, the Grey Wolf Indigenous Canadian Forces Recruitment summer program is returning to OSS with their military vehicles on April 5th, 2024 at 11:00am.  Grey Wolf will be presenting their summer Indigenous program and receiving recruitment applications in the front of the school.  This is a unique military training program combining Indigenous culture and teachings with military training. Students wishing to complete applications on April 5th with Grey Wolf, please bring your necessary documents, this includes your  birth Certificate, and all other pieces of identification.
