The squad roared back from a 5 nothing deficit with a nine run inning to ultimately claim a 9-6 win against their stunned opponents. The second game also needed a comeback against Innisdale. The Nighthawks shook off their rust just in time to post a walkoff 8-7 win in the bottom of the last inning.

Next action on Thursday. Go Hawks!!!!!!

Yesterday, the girls slo pitch team took home the gold at the Spring Tournament in Barrie. The day started off with an 18-11 win over Stayner powered by Amber L  4 double, 6 RBI hitting clinic. A great team effort helped beat PF 8-5 in game 2. Holly T. belted a 3 run homer and Izzy C. scored 3 times to help beat Collingwood 13-9 to advance to the gold medal game against Bear Creek. After falling behind 8-3, the Nighthawks battled back and Daisy M. belted a grand salami in the 5th to take the lead.
