For this week's mindshift monday, the Mental Health Club challenges you to name one thing you're looking forward to this week. It could a hangout with friends, an event you're excited for, or anything of the sort.
Also, the mental health club is hosting a wellness walk tomorrow! Grades 9 and11 will walk from 11:50-12:15 and Grades 10 and 12 from 12:20- 12:45. We will have free button-making and positiv-i-tea! We're wishing you an amazing start to your week, and see you there!

Last call for all OSS curlers, be sure to sign up outside room 342 for the curling teams this winter season with Mrs. Botman, Ms. McGarrity and Mrs. Waite. Opportunities are available for a girls team, boys team, and a mixed team depending on the number of players registered with a meeting today at the beginning of lunch in room 125.
