Yesterday, the Nighthawk girls' hockey team faced off against Nantyr Shores in the first of a two-game series. The Nighthawks came out strong, working together to create multiple offensive opportunities in the Nantyr end. Despite their significant effort and three goals from Maddy T. Mia L., and Jessyca S. the Nighthawks were not able to take the win. Game two will take place next week.
Yesterday the Jr. Boys basketball team travelled in style to Collingwood to take on the OWLS. The boys gave a 100% every shift and defensively shut down the tough offensive scoring, holding the OWLs to minimal points each quarter. The team effort was outstanding, and each game has made major improvements. Way to Go Nighthawks
