Yesterday the Junior Girls Flag Football season came to an end at the hands of the number 1 seed Bear Creek in the semi-final game.  Despite the loss, the girls played hard from start to finish in true Nighthawk spirit.  Highlights included a 50-yard touchdown by Cabot F. on a hook and ladder, an interception by Lyla P. and a big third down flex by Ellie S.  Thanks for a great season!

Last night, members of Students for Change as well as other amazing Nighthawks went trick-or-treating in the neighbourhood in support of the Sharing Place and the Orillia Community Fridge.  They filled two car trunks and a truck bed with non-perishable food items!  Thank you so much for your generous donation of time and effort, especially in the pouring rain, to make a difference in our community.

Congratulations to the Senior Boys Volleyball team on an incredible season. Last night the boys fought hard against the number one team, Collingwood. After narrowly losing the first two sets, the team won the next two and battled back and forth for the final tie-breaking set. We put up some huge blocks, massive attacks and played our best volleyball of the season. Well done Nighthawks!

If you were unable to attend the meeting last week for Varsity Boys hockey, please sign up using the QR code located in the front foyer.
